Please rate your pet's current state on a scale of 1 to 5. We use this to understand your pet's true needs so we can find an experienced foster or rescue partner who is equipped to thrive with them.

1 = Perfectly healthy, no issues.
2 = Minor, treatable issues (e.g., ear infection, dental).
3 = Chronic but managed conditions (e.g., allergies).
4 = Significant manageable conditions (e.g., diabetes, mobility).
5 = Severe medical needs (e.g., daily meds, fluids, hospice).
1 = Easy-going, loves everyone.
2 = Needs some warm-up time, generally friendly.
3 = Selective with some people/animals, easily spooked.
4 = Significant reactivity, fearfulness, or guarding behaviors.
5 = Severe behavioral issues (e.g., reactivity, bite history, extreme fear).
1 = Easy to walk and handle.
2 = Pulls slightly on leash, manageable energy.
3 = Strong puller, high energy, needs training.
4 = Very strong / pulls hard, difficult to manage.
5 = Very difficult to handle (e.g., extremely strong puller, feral).
