🐍💛 Hi there! I’m Rigatoni — a gentle giant noodle with a calm soul and a whole lot of love to give. I’ve been in caring hands since February 2023, patiently waiting for the right forever family to find me. I’m a quiet, sweet, and easygoing adult Common Boa Imperator who truly enjoys slow moments and peaceful companionship. One of my favorite things is relaxing comfortably in a lap, just being present and enjoying the warmth and connection. I’m friendly, curious, and wonderfully mellow — the kind of snake who makes you feel calm just by being there. I came into rescue after my previous human had to make an incredibly difficult decision due to housing limitations. I was deeply loved, but finding a place that could accommodate a 7-foot, 17+ pound snake with a 15-inch girth wasn’t possible. Letting me go wasn’t about lack of care — it was about wanting the best future for me. Now I’m ready to start my next chapter with someone who has the space, experience, and heart to welcome a big, gentle soul like mine. ✨ A few facts about me: 🐍 I have a beautiful pearlescent glow, and my tail is often mistaken for that of a Red-Tailed Boa. 🐍 While I’m already large, I could grow up to 9 feet long with proper care. In fact, I have hit 8 feet while in the rescue. 🐍 Adult boas can live 20–30 years — I’m a long-term companion looking for a lifelong commitment. 🐍 I’m considered low-maintenance when my enclosure, temperature, humidity, and diet are properly managed. 🐍 I do best with experienced reptile keepers, and my rescue team is always happy to offer guidance and support.
